Cincinnati Pediatric Corpus Request Form

Complete the following form to request a copy of the Cincinnati Pediatric Corpus (CPC), a collection of 600,000 words of HIPAA-anonymized clinical data approved for release by the Institutional Review Board of Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Once we receive your request, we will email you a license agreement, which you must sign and return by fax. Then we will email the CPC to the address supplied on this form.
