Projects
The Genetic Variation and Gene Discovery Core takes on full-service projects in which we process tissue samples or DNA and generate complete sets of genetic data.
The types of projects include:
- Genome scans using standard microsatellite sets in human and mouse
- High-throughput custom or whole genome SNP genotyping for linkage analysis or association studies
- Pharmacogenetic testing development with and without SNP discovery
- Large-scale library sequencing
- De-novo sequencing of microorganism genomes
